These terms apply to purchases made in the ExodusMC store.
Checkout
Checkout, billing and payment are handled by Tebex Limited, who act as the seller of record. Tebex's checkout terms also apply.
Delivery
Items are delivered in-game to the Minecraft username you enter, usually within 5 to 15 minutes while you are online. Check your username before paying; we can't move items sent to the wrong name.
Refunds
All purchases are final. Because items are digital and delivered straight away, refunds are not given except where required by law. Opening a chargeback will result in a ban from the server.
Virtual items
Purchased items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and may change as the game is updated. Breaking the rules can lead to a ban without refund.
Age
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before buying.
Help
If something hasn't arrived after 15 minutes, open a ticket in our Discord with your username and transaction ID.
